Committees

Events Committee: Helps to organize and orchestrate all fund raising events, other than Reindeer Run.

Co-chairs: Jay Reagan & Adam Witty

Membership Committee: Provide activities for CSC Members, provide a CSC Member Only area at events, help select a Member of the Month, run the semi-annual Membership Drive, keep up with the well-being and involvement of members including sending cards to acknowledge birthdays, job promotions, engagements, marriages, births, losses in the family, etc.

Chair: Ali Bedard

Public Relations Committee: Promote our events and activities both internally and externally, design of our mailers, distribution and printing of both newsletter and posters for events, updating the website, keeping the public informed of outstanding member achievements, CSC activities, or sizeable donations.

Chair: Tracy Williams

Reindeer Run: Promote and complete all associated activities with the largest fundraising event for CSC, gain sponsorships, aid in packet stuffing and distribution, handle all packet sales, organize venues and sponsors to donate space and activities, course design, and coordinate volunteers for promotion and the day of the event.
